Welcome! My name is Mrs. Hutchins and I am very excited to start my second year at SBCS. I have experience working with a plethora of different age groups, but I love working with third grade.
First a little about myself, I am married and I have a handsome 6 year old boy. My family means the world to me and my students quickly become part of my family. I graduated from University at Buffalo with a Masters in Education. I have always known I wanted to be a teacher, due to the fact that I had wonderful educators throughout my education.
In our classroom, teamwork, patience, self-confidence, empathy, and determination are what we strive for. I believe in working collabratively with our students, parents, and co-workers to provide engagement and cohearance. We take pride in all my students achievements and want to work hand in hand with our parents to make sure their child is progressing and reaching their goals.
